Your forms, filled in and signed.

Upload the grievance forms and letters your local already uses. LaborWise fills them in from the case, gets them signed, and saves the PDF with the case.

A fictional Local 418 grievance form filled in from the case, with the member's signature added and the representative's signature still to come.

Use the forms you already have

Upload them once. Fill them in from any case.

Upload a PDF of your form, a letter or your letterhead, or start from a blank page. Drag the details onto it where they belong: the member's name and address, the case number, dates, the current step, contract articles and your own custom fields.

  • Works for grievances, disciplinary cases and arbitration letters
  • Print it all from LaborWise, or print onto your letterhead paper
  • Long statements continue on an extra page instead of getting cut off
Signatures without the paper chase

Get it signed on a phone, a computer or in person.

Email the member a private signing link, text it to them, or have them sign on your phone or tablet when you meet. Reps sign their own part, and can sign for a member who asks them to.

  • Reminders go out if the member hasn't signed
  • See who has opened and signed each document
  • When everyone has signed, a signature certificate is added with who signed, when, how, and a code that shows the document wasn't changed afterward
Letters to everyone who needs one

One letter for each person, addressed to them.

Arbitration notices and other letters often go to the member, the rep, attorneys and the employer. Choose who it's going to, including people who don't use LaborWise, and each one gets their own copy with a cc list.

  • Email it with the PDF attached, or record that you mailed it
  • Print a stack of letters at once
  • Keep attorneys, arbitrators and employer contacts in a shared address book
