Frequently asked questions
Do you need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day Pro trial needs no card, and there is no card checkout. Paid plans are invoiced.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your union moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Your data is always kept.
Can we pay by check?
Yes. Paid plans are invoiced, and you can pay by check or online.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is about 20% less than paying monthly.
What counts as a user?
A user is someone who signs in, like an officer, steward or rep. Members in your roster aren't users and don't need accounts.
