1. Who this policy covers
- Visitors to our website.
- Users: officers, staff, stewards and representatives who sign in to a union’s LaborWise workspace.
- Members: people whose information a union stores in its LaborWise workspace. Members do not have LaborWise accounts.
A union that uses LaborWise (the “Customer”) decides what member information to store and how to use it. For that information, we act on the Customer’s behalf and follow its instructions. Members with questions about their information should contact their union first.
